Protinus remains software broker for the municipality of Zoetermeer

Protinus IT has once again won the European tender for software broker at the municipality of Zoetermeer. This means that Protinus will remain responsible for the supply of standard software and related services for the next four years.
The framework agreement has an estimated maximum value of €40 million over its total term and has now come into effect. Protinus was already the municipality’s incumbent software broker and will now continue this collaboration.
With this tender, the municipality of Zoetermeer opted for a single central point of contact for advising, purchasing and managing standard software. The assignment includes licence management, contract and supplier management, market-based pricing and support for compliance and continuity.
The renewed contract makes it possible to build on existing processes, integrations and working agreements. This allows for immediate action to be taken on overview, transparency and efficiency within the municipality’s software landscape.
‘The trust that Zoetermeer has placed in us once again confirms that our way of working together is effective,’ says Niels Goderie, CSO at Protinus IT. ‘We know the organisation and can therefore add value quickly and in a targeted manner.’
