Twenterand Council awards Protinus IT tender for Software Broker
The municipality of Twenterand, as the contracting authority, acted as the lead partner for the municipalities of Borne and Hof van Twente. With this award, Protinus IT becomes the contractor for the supply and management of standard software licences, related services and consultancy for these municipalities.
The contract includes the provision of user rights for standard software, including renewals, maintenance, and support. This also covers SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS services. In addition, it covers related services such as advice on optimal procurement, functional requirements, and the provision of knowledge and expertise.
The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of three years with an option to extend for one year. The value of the agreement between the three municipalities over a total of six years is estimated at 40 million euros.
